Privacy and terms.
Last updated October 17, 2026
Short version: this website doesn't track you, I don't sell or share anything about you, and if you ask me to stop contacting you, I stop.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Nothing on these pages loads from anyone else's servers. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic request details (like your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. I don't get a list of who visits.
When you email me
I keep your email address and our messages so I can answer you and keep track of our conversation. I never sell them or share them with anyone.
If I contacted you first
I reach out to Massachusetts businesses using public business information, like the business name, phone number, listed email and website. Every email I send says how to opt out. Reply "no thanks", or tell me on a call, and I won't contact you again.
If you become a client
When you sign your agreement online, the signing page keeps what you type (your name, title, email, business address, web address and, for contractors, your HIC number), along with the time, your IP address and your browser, as proof of your signature. You get a copy.
Payments go through Stripe. I never see or store your card number. I keep agreements, invoices and project files for my business and tax records.
Your choices
Email me at claymanholdings617@gmail.com to ask what I have about you, to fix it, or to have me delete anything I don't need to keep for legal or tax records.
Terms for this site
- The six sample websites are made-up businesses that show my work. Their names, people and details are invented.
- Prices on this site can change. If you're a client, your signed agreement sets your price and terms, and it wins if anything here differs.
- I build clear, fast websites, but no one can promise search rankings, traffic or sales, and I don't.
- The words and pictures on this site belong to Strategy Web Design. Please ask before copying them. A client's finished site belongs to the client once it's paid for.
- These terms follow Massachusetts law.
